Have we ever been at a loss of Words! When we see a mother losing her baby.

Vice-versa baby loosing his/her mother; such situation are always overwhelming and bring night mare and padlock our mouth ! And leave us speechless.

At such moment as an health profession; We consider an appropriate response - Any response which could possibly bandage the wound of the sufferer. Looking into the eye of the parents; their faith and belief leaves us in the position of Depressed and Helpless. It may be due to the circumstances, Rules and Regulation, your Governing body, N number of Reasons….

The Enormity of such situation seemingly prevents any single individuals from making a profound difference, yet we always think . "Who to overcome from this.? “Is there any solution, “How we can bring change ?” This urge , always keep on Pocking or Burning to us.

I am sure that it must had happened with many of us.

BUT

Let me tell you we were very fortunate; To get the Charismatic team of NQOCN with a Big VISION in our AURANGABAD city (Maharahtra)in the year 2017 August , Who lighted one candle of QI through POCQI METHODOLOGY

No matter What people tell you! But

“I remember the word of Respected Dr Vikram Datta sir !" Instead of lamenting What can't be done ,Do something directed toward creating a good .”

Then What ? "Everything began with an Change Idea, which has tranformed Psychology from "I" to "WE and played a Real Game Changer for everyone who were feeling like suffocation to work in such environment. Various project were taken from the GMCH NICU Aurangabad Team under the Supervision of our real supporter H.O.D Neonatology Respected Dr L.S. Deshmukh sir .

NQOCN Team has not only sparkled everyone, But worked as role of an UMPIRE . For critical thinking about : what is the current data ?& How it can be changed by applying various PDSA .

Stood Ist prize in poster presentation in Ircon 2018, as well as Ist prize in Nursing Symposium "Innovative Alliance of Public Health 2019 at Jawharlal Institue .
